Please note that any damage caused by the buyer will void refund eligibility. (All times listed are CDT where applicable.)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team before 5 PM CDT within the 14-day period following delivery. Our specialists will guide you through the return authorization process. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible to ensure a timely resolution.
